  I work with thin strips of dressed timber ie 12mmx4mm at the shop today very few of the strips had bar codes this makes it difficult at the till. Most of the strips are mixed up different thicknesses the whole arrangement is pathetic. Thanks to the mix up at the tills I did not get what I wanted. I shall endeavour to find somewhere else as I buy large amounts of this sort of timber.

  Was in store on Sunday with my husband who has dementia. It can be stressful trying to shop and watch my husband at the same time. A young girl named Louise who was helping on the self service tills was so lovely with him, chatting and answering his questions. Very often people don't know how to relate to a person with dementia but she was brilliant. It made my shopping experience much easier. Wish there were more people like her.
