  Never buy from this store. Table is faulty, they couldn’t put it together, they refused to acknowledge table was faulty, wouldn’t allow me to cancel order in cooling off period as don’t send you finance agreement details until after this. Tried to return to my home after being told not to then said I refused delivery. Finance company advised to let them put the table together with the original fixings they claimed to have a delivery of (lies). They have in fact DRILLED the table in their warehouse to get it together .Table unsafe moving around. Owner is the rudest person you will ever come across told me to report them to ombudsman and I will get what everyone else gets - nothing! Go on eBay all their products are on there - with no hassle returns. They use Hitachi finance incase anyone else isn’t allowed their agreement details.

  After walking into the store we were shocked by an argument between a unsatisfied customer and a member of staff who couldn't have been any Less interested in the complaint. The male assistant was very loud, abrupt and unhelpful in resolving a problem which the lady had, and that she had already brought to their attention. There was no managemant in store and nobody with the authority to issue the refund that the lady had been advised previously that she could have. This seems to be a reoccurring complaint in reviews, and although the issue is not mine I was made to feel awful having to listen to the confrontation. The store is appealing to the eye however not to the pocket, most of the items are over priced and Available at a lower price in a local department store and other independent sellers. Overall my mind was made up that I would not be buying anything from the company due to the customer service being unnecessary when we first entered the store.
