  Went into sadies today with my 65 year old nanna- we came from stockton, after months of wanting to go -we thought that she offered a service of measuring your size! So when my nanna asked her if she would measure her-her reply was "we havent done that since the 19th century"-my nanna suffers with depression and is body concious she hates herself! She thought that sadie would help her to get a bra that would fit her as she struggles everywhere she goes! Nope not at all- she looked at my nanna up and down before allowing her to try three bras on - which she sourced for her all being too tight- after the third my nanna was left in the changing room assuming the bra lady was finding her another bra to try- nope- she left her in the changing rooms my nanna called to me to ask what the bra lady was doing !! She was stood behind the counter faffing with a clip board - i asked if she was going to find my nanna another bra-nope- her reply was no we are done here i cant help her! As my nanna is still in the back half naked!! So i told my nanna no thats it -- We left my nanna in tears!! . In a nutshell -- you must be minted to not care about a customers care or satisfaction or even a good service! If youve ever seen pretty woman- the part where the snotty sales girl wouldnt serve Julia Roberts -this was the way my nanna was made to feel- I was in shock and felt so sad for my nanna - we were not good enough for this salesroom- Horrible experience - snotty lady -zero helpful - - my nanna buried her mum only a month ago she hates herself! thank you for crushing an already damaged soul !!
