  Called in to make an appointment and the lady who was making my appointment what a cheeky woman she was a Told her I had received a letter saying I was due an appointment I have my eyes checked a few months ago and I are just called him cuz I had been Bad And she turned around and said I sent you a letter over a year ago why did you not come in actually then I arranged to come in on Friday morning the 3rd of November at 11 o'clock and then she turned around and said make sure that you better be in 10 minutes early it might not so much but it was her attitude she spoke to me like I was a five year old child hence me walking out saying does not matter
