  I contacted Wearside Audi after seeing an advert for a car I liked, I had an immediate response from the salesman Chris, he went through everything about the car above and beyond to assure me the car was as described and even better! First class service from start to finish

  Saw a car I liked online. Asked for a video. Stephen Docherty replied quickly (email only no video)saying how wonderful they were to deal with and that he would be in touch soon to invite me to their new premises for a test drive and appraisal of my trade in vehicle. I have heard zilch since! However, Wearside Audi, I have some news for you, there are other dealers out there that actually believe in good communication AND mean what they say (they actually do get in touch and invite potential customers to their premises). I bought 2 cars from the previous Audi showroom next to the Stadium of Light and had good service. The switch to Lookers has apparently brought about a drop in standards of customer service. Just go elsewhere.
